Farewell 2014

I can't believe today is the last day of 2014!!! It's been a great year with lots of good family memories made! We are so excited about 2015 and all of the changes it will bring to our family! Just to name a few:

1. We will add another little Pruitt to our family
2. Justin will graduate from medical school!
3. We will move into a new house in a new city
4. Owen will begin Kindergarten

Here's a look back on some of the memories we made in 2014...

 We had a LMU-DCOM reunion in Chattanooga.

 Grace and I went to a tea party at the library.

 Owen played soccer in the Spring and then again in the Fall.

 Grace Ann celebrated her 3rd birthday with a Hello Kitty party!

We met some friends in Guntersville!

Owen celebrated his 5th birthday with a Police party!

Walker turned 1!!!

We had a fun family trip to the beach! This little guy could live at the beach!

Sister found a dead sea horse and carried that thing around forever!

These two started school in September! Owen goes 5 days and Grace Ann goes 3.

The kids shared some big news!!

 We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas! :)

"New" camera

I have had fun playing with our "new" camera the past few days! I have wanted a new SLR camera for a long time now, but just couldn't spend what it would cost to get the one I actually wanted, so we bought a used one on Ebay. It's an older model but came with two different lenses that we can use on the one I really want when we can afford it! :) Now, I have a decent camera and didn't spend a ton of money on it!

Christmas 2014

We had a wonderful Christmas this year and enjoyed Justin being home for several days! We had our annual pizza dinner on Christmas Eve, then it was off to bed for the little ones! Santa had A LOT of work to do and didn't get in bed himself until 2:00 A.M. Christmas morning! :)

 

Santa Came! Santa brought Grace Ann a doll house and dolls, he brought Owen army stuff and a Ninja Turtle Van, and Walker a Cozy Truck and vacuum. 

 Owen was very excited about his Smart Watch that we got him!

'Tis the Season

I stressed for days over getting the perfect picture of our kids. I mean full out meltdown mode thinking that this would be the first year since we were married that we would not be sending out Christmas cards. Part of my meltdown could have been because I'm waaaay pregnant, or because trying to get three kids to sit close to each other without hurting one another was stressful enough to make anyone have a meltdown. Anyways, just when I had thrown in the towel, Mimi and Nana came to the rescue and took some pictures of the kids while Justin and I were gone on a residency interview. I have laughed so hard at these pictures but at the same time have grown to love them! I even threw some of them on a Christmas card and paid waaaaay to much for shipping to get them here and sent out before the end of the year.  

'Tis the Season...the season of life where we may not get the perfect picture with three little ones. We are calling these pictures a success! They are all three sitting close together, no one is crying and they are in their cute matching PJ's Nonna bought them! :)

Bennett Farms Field Trip

Several weeks ago, Owen and Grace Ann went on a field trip to Bennett Farms with their school. My nana came down and kept Walker so Justin and I could go with them on their field trip! It was a lot of fun to spend time with them and to see them interact with their friends.

 

I made the kids fall shirts and this was the best picture I could get of them before we left! Ha!
