Rainy Day Fun

It has been cold and rainy here for the past several days, so this morning we invited our friends over for movie and popcorn! The kids had a blast laying on the pillows and watching Cinderella! All four kids sat nicely and ate their popcorn and watched the movie for a good 20 minutes.  Overall, I think they had fun! :)  We are ready for some sunshine!!!!

 

Owen and Grace Ann's Announcement...

Yep, we are going to be a family of 5 in just a few short months!! We knew we needed to get a bigger car but I would have NEVER thought we would be the VERY PROUD owners of a minivan!! We absolutely love our van!! Owen thinks our van is magic because the slidding doors open and shut "by themselves". Ha! :)
These next few months are going to be a little crazy, but we are so excited about what's to come in 2013!!

Christmas 2012

We had another wonderful Christmas in Tennessee! Justin had two weeks off from school and we did a LOT of traveling in those two weeks! Aunt Jan got married at the beach, so we packed up and headed down there the first part of the break. After the wedding, we stopped by Huntsville on the way back for a few days, then made our way back to Tennessee to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at home! 

 

 



I tried to get a picture of the kids in front of the tree in their matching pajamas, but this is the best I got!



 

Owen got a train and a train table from Santa, and Grace Ann got her own Cabbage Patch Baby and some other doll things!

 

 

 

After we opened presents at our house on Christmas morning, we packed up and headed down to Alabama for the last week of Justin's break! We had a wonderful Christmas, but I'm already looking forward to Christmas next year! :)

LMU Campus

There is this really pretty amphitheatre on the LMU campus that we have visited several times. It has a big open area where the kids can run around.  They also love climbing up the stairs and running around on the "stage". It's also a really neat place to take pictures! Michelle called one day and said she was going to dress her kids up and take them over there for some pictures, so we joined her! :) I actually got several really cute pictures of my kiddos!! I'm shocked that they sat still long enough for me to take their picture! 

 

More Fall Fun!

We enjoyed some beautiful weather and went to a really nice pumpkin patch with some sweet friends in October! All the kids had a blast!

Owen and Natalie

Owen had been telling us for weeks that he wanted to be a ghost for Halloween, so here is our little ghost and skeleton!

There is this really cute, small pumpkin patch just down the road from our house that we enjoy taking the kids to every year! I made them matching candy corn shirts! Love how they are holding hands in this picture.

Fall in the Mountains

**I know this is WAY late, but Justin's mom gave me a blog book so I'm determined to catch up and keep up to date on my blog! It was so much fun looking through the book at all the fun things we did during 1st year!

 

We enjoyed the fall weather here in the Tennessee mountains once again! The kids had a blast playing in all the leaves in our front yard.  We even painted pumpkins outside one day when the weather was nice!
